In awareness of the speedy advancement of technology, Ajinomoto Group is one of the forefronts in Research and Development. The Thai Technology and Engineering Center was established in 1997, located in the Phra Pradaeng Factory to be responsible for developing production technology and providing technical and engineering support to manufacturing factories in Ajinomoto Group of Companies in Thailand. T-TEC also transferred technology from Japan to local factories and conveying the experiences of technology implementation back to Japan for further development.
