The company realized the importance of education since it is the fundamental pillar for overall social development “Ajinomoto Foundation” was so established in 1976 to help drive education reinforcement to Thai students including youth development in all aspects especially those in rural area.

The Foundation also expands its activities to help disadvantaged group of people, disaster victims and so on. Main Activities of Ajinomoto Foundation are School building construction for needy school Ajinomoto Foundation   realized that school building is the necessary factor for educational development The budget is so allocated every year to construct school buildings for needy schools nationwide, in collaboration with Ministry of Education and several educational institutions.

Scholarship “Help Students to Graduate”

“The Scholarship “Help Students to Graduate”” is two-year scholarship granted to third years students from several the public universities nationwide, who owns good grade but having financial difficulty, to graduate with a bachelor’s degree without concerning to their educational expenses.

Activities to support handicapped and disabled People The Foundation has been supporting disabled people for more than 30 years by cooperating with The Ministry of Social Development and Human Security to support handicapped and disabled People in all aspects, for example the donation of mental and health rehabilitated equipments for recovering the physical & mental conditions purpose of handicapped and disorder people.
