As the year 2010, Ajinomoto Co., (Thailand) Ltd., is the 50th year of operation in Thailand, the company wishes to highlight its commitment to growing its business alongside the Thai society follow with the concept “Ajinomoto always grows with Thais“.

In order to celebrate the 50th anniversary of establishment and in response to the commitment, the company has initiated a socially contribution project entitled: “50 years, 50 schools“ which will greatly benefit underprivileged children in Thailand. The company has set the budget of 25 million baht for this project to help construct / recondition cafeterias at 50 disadvantaged primary schools in Thailand. In addition, the company will also provide the necessary kitchen appliances. This project is in collaboration with the Office of the Basic Education Commission, the Ministry of Education, with the goal setting to completing the initiative within 5 years starting in the year 2010.
