As a long-time leader in food industry in Thailand, the company is conscious to see the Thais "Eat Well, Live Well", and stay in good health condition which is the first social goal of the company. With great aspiration on the above, the company has started its food and nutrition activities until present, for example, the production of all-aspect food knowledge book since 1973, the founding of "Ajinomoto Cooking Club" to provide free culinary education to public, since 2003 as well as several food and nutrition education activities.
"Mae Bann Thi Rak" Recipe Book
The Company has produced recipe book "Mae Bann Thi Rak" for promoting cooking and culinary knowledge to all age customers for more than 30 years. Its members until now are approrimately 17,000 persons nationwide.
"Food and Nutrition" Education Activities
Seminars/Workshops to promotes understanding of "Umami", the fifth basic taste including its several nutritional benefits / Seminar entitled "Get to know; How to use Sodium for health", etc. In addition, the company is preparing to start new project namely "Ajinomoto Thailand Cooperation for Food & Natrition Support" or ATN, aiming to improve malnutrition problem in needy areas.
