Screening Application

After the candidate applied the job vacancy, then hr officer would screen the personal profile to meet the basic qualification. In some cases, HR officer will send the profile to consider with the original working unit.

Testing

The qualified candidate who passed screening will be appointed via telephone or e-mail from HR officer to do a paper test consisting of english test, specific test, and personality test.

Interview

The qualified candidate who passed a paper test and were selected for an interview. HR officer will contact the candidate to inform all details and make an interview appointment by telephone. Remark: In some case, HR officer may appoint candidates to take the test and interview on the same day.

The interview committees will consider and finalize the interview result for selecting the most appropriate candidate from the pre-interview. After that, HR officer will inform the pre-interview result for candidate within 2 weeks via telephone or e-mail.

For the selected candidate, HR officer will confirm job details, responsibility, compensation, welfare, fringe benefits and the employment conditions before passing to the hiring step.

Interview Round Explaination

The interview committees consist of the participants from Human Resource section and Original Working Unit. The asking interview questions will be both in English and Thai language (as the case maybe).

For the candidate who passed pre-interview will be appointed via telephone or e-mail from HR officer to make the final interview appointment. The interview committees consist of the participants from Human Resource section and Original Working Unit. The asking interview questions will be both in English and Thai language (as the case maybe).

The interview committees will select the most appropriate candidates from the final-interview. After that, HR officer will inform the final-interview result for candidates within 2 weeks by telephone.
