Ajinomoto Reinforces the Role of the Business Sector in Addressing Climate Change and Advancing Net Zero at the TBCSD Sustainable Business Forum 2025

Recently, Ajinomoto Co., (Thailand) Ltd., led by Dr. Thongdee Paso, Managing Director, together with senior executives from leading business organizations, participated in the TBCSD Sustainable Business Forum 2025 to reaffirm their sustainability commitment and joint declaration of intent. The forum was organized by the Thailand Business Council for Sustainable Development (TBCSD), one of the country’s largest business networks dedicated to advancing sustainable development, with the objective of collectively driving sustainability goals across all dimensions particularly in addressing climate change, a critical global challenge that directly impacts the economy, society, and food security. The event was held at the Vibhavadee Ballroom, Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao, Bangkok, in alignment with national policies toward a low carbon society and sustainable development.

The forum aimed to provide a platform for member organizations and partner networks to demonstrate their sustainability commitments while exchanging strategic perspectives on responding to the impacts of climate change. Discussions also highlighted best practices in greenhouse gas emission reduction, efficient resource management, and strengthening business resilience, supporting the transition toward a low carbon society and long term sustainable growth.

The agenda placed strong emphasis on Climate Action and the Net Zero Pathway of the business sector through keynote speeches and thought-provoking exchanges among business leaders.
