The establishment of TCCA serves as a key mechanism for driving CCUS development in Thailand. The initiative spans three years (2024–2026), with the first year focused on officially forming the alliance, developing legal frameworks, and fostering investment infrastructure. By the third year, a demonstration project will be launched to test and expand CCUS technology capabilities within the country. Thailand aims to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in accordance with its NDC 3.0 plan by 2030, with CCUS playing a crucial role in achieving this goal. Urgent action and collaboration across all sectors will be essential for effectively reducing CO2 emissions and addressing climate change impacts, aligning with the country’s Net Zero target.

Ajinomoto Thailand recognizes the importance of reducing greenhouse gas emissions and is committed to contributing to the country’s Carbon Neutrality goals. We continuously drive our business toward sustainability with commitment and dedication to co-creating social and economic value. The company has been working to reduce its environmental impact and promote health and well-being, guiding us toward our 2030 sustainability goals. This effort aligns with our core values under the Ajinomoto Group Creating Shared Value (ASV) framework, fostering a sustainable society.
