Ajinomoto supports 9 million Baht for “the 4th Ajinomoto Talent Scholarship"
Mr.Phichein Koosmith (2nd row, middle), Vice Chairman of Ajinomoto Foundation, and other directors presented scholarship worth 9,780,000 Million Baht in total to 163 scholars under “the 4th Ajinomoto Talent Scholarship" at Makawan Rangsan Room, Thai Army Club, Vibhavadi Road, Bangkok. The event was honorably joined by Dr.Jarurin Phuraya (2nd row, 7th from left), Director of the Community Learning Promotion Division, Office of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI), and top management from universities to present scholarships to the students who are studying in the fields conforming to the Thailand's business and industrial demands with outstanding academic records. Apart from the scholarship presentation ceremony, the Foundation also allowed the scholars to open their world to the real work experience through the "Student Internship Program" to help them prepare working skills before going to the real work in the future.
Ajinomoto Foundation has been conducting educational projects for 44 years since its founded in 1976. Besides scholarship projects, the Foundation also initiated many activities devoting to Thai society for “Healthy Living” following corporate intention that “Ajinomoto always grows with Thais”.
