Birdy supports Thai athletes through “Thai Team – win over Thais’ heart” Campaign


          “Birdy”, the ready-to-drink canned coffee, led by Mr.Wonnarate Sukheelak (2nd row, 2nd from right), Department Manager of Processed Foods Business and Beverage Business of Ajinomoto Co., (Thailand) Ltd., joined “Thai Team – win over Thais’ heart” campaign to support Thai athletes team who will participate in the Olympic and Paralympic Games Tokyo 2020. In this regard, it is honored by Mr.Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn (2nd row, middle), Minister of Tourism and Sports, and Mr.Kongsak Yodmanee (2nd row, 6th from left), Governor of Sports Authority of Thailand, including Thai athletes and Girl Group BNK 48 to recently join the press conference event at SAT Building.

          The campaign, ‘Thai Team – win over Thais’ heart’, is held by Sports Authority of Thailand, Ministry of Tourism and Sports joined hand with government sectors and private sectors to encourage Thai athlete team, including inviting Thais to participate in Flag of Nation: Virtual Run for 1 Million Kilometre distance which Alliance will give 1 Baht per every 1 Kilometre aiming to 1,000,000 Baht for Thai atheletes.

            Ajinomoto Co., (Thailand) Ltd. has been supporting Team Thailand continually; i.e. the Olympic Rio Games 2016 in Brazil, the SEA Games and ASEAN Para Games 2017 in Malaysia, and the upcoming Olympic Games and Paralympic Games Tokyo 2020 which is going to be held in Japan. This regards as the company’s intention in reinforcing Thai Sports to move forward to international stage. “Birdy”, the ready-to-drink canned coffee, would like to be a part of this campaign to cheer up and encourage all Thai athletes aligning with Birdy’s slogan as “Be confident and keep fighting together!”
