Sliced belly pork                     200      gram

Minced garlic                          1          tbsp.

RosdDee Pork                         1 ½      tsp.

Finely minced corriander root  1          tbsp.

Minced pork                            200      gram

Cooked rice                             2          cups

Water                                       500      ml.

Soy sauce                               1 ½      tsp.

Minced Scallion                       2               tbsp.

Finely minced corriander         1          tbsp.

White pepper

Recipe
:
  1. Fry belly pork until it cooked. Add garlic and continue frying.
  2. Add RosDee Pork and cook it well.
  3. Add the oil from belly pork to the pan until it hot. Add coriander root, minced pork and cooked rice. Stir it well. Add the water, and wait until it done.
  4. Add soy sauce and RosDee pork, mixed it together.
  5. Add Scallion.
  6. Before serving, add the mince coriander, fried belly pork, fried garlic and white pepper.
