Water                          1 L (for boiling seafood) 

Water                          1 tbsp.(for cooking ground pork) 

Shrimp (Prawn)           200 g

Squid                            50 g

Crab stick                     50 g

Ground pork                 50  g

Snow fungus                50  g

Fish Sauce                   2 tsp.

Lime juice                     2 tbsp.

Sugar                           2 ½  ช้อนชา

AJINOMOTO              1 tsp.

Chilies                        2-3 ea.

Tomatoes                    7-10  ea.

Onions                             ½ ea.

Celery                             1 stalk

General recipe: Fish sauce 2 tbsp.

Recipe
:

1. Boil the shrimp, squid, crab stick and snow fungus.

2. Add the ground pork and the hot water. Then stir until it cooked.

3. To make spicy salad dressing: add fish sauce, lime juice, sugar and Ajinomoto. Blend it together. After that, add chilies. Mix it together.

4. Add spicy salad dressing with the seafood and meat. Then, add tomatoes, onions and celery. Mix it well, toss everything together and serve.
