A : The main ingredient, which is the beginning of "Umami" (tasty), the heart of Japanese cuisine. Made from dried Bonito for Dashi soups stock to cook with other foods.

Q : How to use Mentsuyu?

A : Mentsuyu is 7 times intense soup, so before use should mix with hot or cold water or soup to dissolve the concentration. We have the recommended product quantity behind the product label or can be adjusted according to the taste of customers.
