Bangkok – 4 December 2024 - Ajinomoto Co., (Thailand) Ltd., a global leader in promoting the ‘Eat Well, Live Well.’ lifestyle, is marking its 65th year of enhancing the nutrition and health of Thais with the grand “aminoVITAL Run 2025”. This running event invites participants to experience a revolutionary take on running, transcending sport with the dynamic theme, “Be Beyond Run – Elevate your running journey: Boost energy, go all out, and unleash your full potential.” The event will feature esteemed runners and notable influencers, including ‘Deaw - Suriyont Aroonwattanakul,’ ‘Sea - Thima Tongsiri,’ and ‘Tollmahawk - Ruangyos Mahaworamakorn,’ inspiring participants to reach new milestones. Scheduled for Sunday, February 9, 2025, at Thammasat University, Tha Phra Chan, the race offers a scenic route through Bangkok’s iconic landmarks, promising an unforgettable experience for all attendees.

Centered on the theme ‘Be Beyond Run - Elevate your running journey: Boost energy, go all out, and unleash your full potential,’ this event aims to strengthen both body and mind while offering participants a rare opportunity to experience one of Bangkok’s most picturesque running routes, complete with must-see landmarks. The competition offers three distances, accommodating both seasoned runners and beginners, and participants will be energized by aminoVITAL energy gel to maximize their performance. We anticipate over 3,500 participants, with all proceeds donated to the Ajinomoto Thailand Foundation to support future social initiatives.”
At the launch of “aminoVITAL Run 2025,” experts shared their insights and offered inspiration to participants. Actor and marathon enthusiast Deaw - Suriyont Aroonwattanakul encouraged attendees, stating, “You don’t need to start fast or go far. Just start today and you’ll have taken an important first step.” Additionally, Sea - Thima Tongsiri, affectionately known as an angel runner, emphasized the benefits of running, noting that, “Running enhances personality and confidence.” She also recommended aminoVITAL energy gel as an essential companion, especially for women looking to maintain their energy levels throughout their run.
Tollmahawk - Ruangyos Mahaworamakorn, a renowned ultramarathon athlete, drew from his national-level experience to highlight the importance of energy management and long-term planning for training and competition. He explained, “The development of athletic potential relies on key factors: sports science, training, physical recovery, and nutrition, applicable to both athletes and the general public.” Tollmahawk advised that while main meals must be nutritious, pre-training meals should be light, energy dense, and easily digestible. The “aminoVITAL Run 2025” will take place on Sunday, February 9, 2025, starting at Thammasat University, Tha Phra Chan. The event offers three distances: Half Marathon (21.1 km), Mini Marathon (10 km), and Micro Marathon (5 km), traversing iconic Bangkok landmarks such as Sanam Luang, Democracy Monument, Wat Ratchanadda (Loha Prasat), and Rama VIII Bridge. Runners will enjoy a stunning morning atmosphere and a professionally managed event that meets international standards.
