Sustainability Field Trip for CEO Members 2023 (Care Earth Organization; The Synergy for Sustainability Task Force Team) 

Ajinomoto Co., (Thailand) Ltd., led by Mr. Sornchai Kusonjai , Director and Project leader, together with Care Earth Organization Team (CEO Members 2023) join "The Waste Management and Recycling Workshop" to get a closer look to the problem along with connect our CEO members with the environmental and social problems for a better understanding of real-world crisis on sustainability issues while equipping them with the knowledge and skills to positively change the world with TerraCycle Thai Foundation on Dec.14, 2023. 

The main objective is to learn more about types of plastic waste , sorting and recycling based on materials, and their impacts along with participate canal cleanup activities at Lat Phrao Canal which gave everyone a chance to create real impact with a hands on experience by collecting garbage in the canal and see how much garbage leaked including the real-world experience of dirty water and bad smell that caused by the accumulation of garbage and sewage which not separated and disposed of properly. 

In addition, our CEO members collected 901 kgs of waste from the canal to help prevent it from polluting the Chao Phraya River and entering the ocean by 100% of the collected waste was recycle and all waste is diverted from the our ocean and landfills.  

These experiences will give the participants a clearer picture and a better understanding about the environmental crisis which is an urgent matter that we all need to prevent and find a solution together. Moreover, our CEO members explore new and exciting destinations, collaborate with locals on inspirational projects, and develop the interdisciplinary skills to be able to create their own sustainable project.
