Young galangal, sliced thinly
Red goat pepper, sliced
1. Add oil to a pan and then add catfish and fry until it is well cooked.
2. Nicely mix RosDee menu™ Kua Kling in water and put into the pan.
3. When the water boils, add galangal, cumin leaves and red goat peppers. Stir until it is well mixed. Serve in a bowl.
