ไม่เป็นอันตราย เพียงแต่รสชาติจะเข้มข้นขึ้น ซึ่งแล้วแต่ชนิดของอาหารและความชอบของผู้บริโภค เพราะในรสดีเป็นส่วนผสมที่ใช้ในการปรุงอาหาร ซึ่งรวมกันในอัตราส่วนที่เหมาะสมอยู่แล้ว นอกจากนี้ รสดีเป็นวัตถุปรุงแต่งรสอาหารที่ไม่จำกัดการบริโภคต่อวันอีกด้วย
ไม่เป็นอันตรายต่อสุขภาพแต่อย่างใด เนื่องจากรสดีนั้นเป็นวัตถุปรุงแต่งรสอาหารที่ผลิตจากวัตถุดิบธรรมชาติ ด้วยกรรมวิธีที่สะอาดและทันสมัย
