Job Description :
- To accomplish and handle the assigned tasks on the activities of training and development program
- To conduct training / development program (focus sales function) align which master plan for accomplish training objective
- To be center for handle operation process of training session and coordination with lecturer / training agency
- To observe market visit to know market situation & prepare satisfaction score report after finished training
- Others upon the job assignment
Job Qualification :
- Male or female, age between 23-25 years old
- 1-3 years of experiences in Human Resource Development, Sales or any related fields.
- Bachelor degree in Social, Psychology, Political science, Business, or related fields.
- Understanding concepts of operating procedure of training, sales function, and implement training activities
- Be able to act on problems independently
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Good command of spoken and written in English
- Computer literacy
