Research & Development Staff (Seasoning Product) (4 ตำแหน่ง)
Job Description :
- Perform product development & industrialization including concept development, product & process optimization,
- Scale-up & trial production in order to meet the target quality & cost, legal & regulation requirements and timeline.
- Work with factory on maintaining or improving product quality, improving production process and troubleshooting of existing products.
- Monitor the cost of raw materials effecting to products and find & evaluate new ingredients or alternative ingredient sources for supporting cost reduction initiatives.
- Others upon the assignment.
Job Qualification :
- Male or Female, age between 22-25 years old
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in food science, food technology, product development, Food Engineering or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in research & development or product development in food industry
- Good command in spoken and written English, computer literacy.
- Good interpersonal skills, good analytical, problem solving & communication skills.
- Good understanding of the ISO 9001, 14001, 18001, HACCP and GMP.
- Able to eat pork and chicken
