Bangkok – 18 May 2026 – Employee well-being is rapidly emerging as a core HR strategy in 2026, as organizations shift from traditional benefits toward more measurable, data-driven approaches. Ajinomoto Co. (Thailand) Ltd. is advancing this trend with “i-LiveWell,” a digital health platform designed to support employee well-being and organizational performance. The platform was officially launched and presented to Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited during 11–13 February 2026, as part of its implementation under the employee well-being program, “Live Well & Life Well with Krungsri.” The initiative aims to encourage employee participation in health-related activities and foster sustainable healthy behaviors in daily life using the i-LiveWell platform.
