Ajinomoto continuously drives the business towards sustainability along with reinforces intention to create a circular economy for plastics with EPR Principles in Sustainability Expo (SX 2023)

Ajinomoto Co., (Thailand) Ltd., led by Mr. Sornchai Kusonjai (2nd  from left), Director and representative of Ajinomoto, together with Thailand Institute of Packaging and Recycling Management for Sustainable Environment (TIPMSE) under The Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), Pollution Control Department under Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment including network partners of leading business organizations, reinforced intention to create and drive circular plastics economy through joined force with "EPR in Action ; Collaboration for Extended Producer Responsibility" for moving towards a sustainable of Thai society in Sustainability Expo (SX 2023) at Plenary Hall , Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC) on October 6, 2023. 



​​​​​​​"EPR in Action; Collaboration for Extended Producer Responsibility" was initiated by TIPMSE under FTI, aiming to encourage EPR principles for packaging management to respond circular economy policy. This project was collaborated by network partners all sectors to drive sustainable packaging management, collect used packaging including glass, paper, plastic, milk cartons, aluminum cans and send to recycling or reuse process with EPR principles, which is a process for extending the responsibility of producers and covers the product life cycle from the production process to the post-consumer stage.
