To understand the department vision and all business unit direction accurately and behave accordingly (not only increasing sales, but also cultivating focused products intensively and lead data driven sales/marketing)
To build up mid-term and yearly target/plan for each E-Commerce store/platform especially in Shopee and Lazada
To execute strategy plan, create online activities accordingly while implementing STPD (See-Thing-Plan-Do) cycle quickly as enough as E-Commerce field
To realize department vision, associate/cooperate with related parties both internal and external on daily basis
To manage all resources (budget, HR etc.) while considering the optimal resource structure

Job Qualification :
Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Business, Marketing or other related fields.
Work experiences 3-15 years in
E-Commerce store management or E-Commerce marketing including digital Ads (experiences on Shopee/Lazada or owned EC management will be advantage) at least 3 years and related fields (if any)
Good command of written and spoken English at business level
Ability to manage E-Commerce management system such as “Seller center, Shopify” etc.
Knowledge and experience on business planning or marketing to create strategy based on data analysis
Strong understanding in E-Commerce back-end operation, SEO/SEM/affiliate
Enjoy with initiative the starting up new team/scheme
Strong analytical, logical thinking, creative, flexible, and resilience
Good interpersonal skill, team work and time management
