Marketing Staff/Supervisor

Job Description :

• To facilitate conducting market research, analyzing market situation, competitor's movement and proposing sales opportunities to maximize business profit.
• To plan, execute, monitor, and analyze marketing strategies and activities in terms of communication, sales promotion and collaborating with internal and external parties.
• To facilitate new product development, quality improvement and new projects both domestic and border business.
• To facilitate managing sales estimation, marketing budget, of own brand collaborating with supervisor.
• To coordinate with internal department and external agencies to plan and execute assigned marketing tasks.
• Others upon assignments.

Job Qualification :

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Integrated marketing communication, Business Management or related fields.
• Experiences 1-5 years in Marketing (have experienced in FMCG will be advantage)
• Have experiences or knowledge about Marketing and communication strategy development, P&L management, product concept development, consumer research.
• Familiar with Nielsen data, Kantar will be advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken in English.
• Logical and analytical thinking, Positive mindset, Adaptive, Able to work under pressure and time limitation, Flexible, Able to manage ad-hoc activities.
