Perform product development & industrialization including concept development, product & process optimization, scale-up & trial production in order to meet the target quality & cost, legal & regulation requirement & timeline.
Work with factory on maintaining or improving product quality, improving production process and trouble shooting of existing products.
Monitor the cost of raw materials effecting to products and find & evaluate new ingredients or alternative ingredient for supporting cost reduction initiatives.
Job Qualification :
Bachelor Degree in Food science, Food technology, Product development, or related fields.
0-2 years experiences in Research & Development, or Product development in food industry.
Good understanding of ISO9001, 140001, 180001, HACCP, GHP.
Good command in English.
Good communication and interpersonal skill, Analytical and Problem solving skill.
