chili sauce (medium spicy) 2 tablespoons

Brown rice 80 gram
Water. 160 gram
Diced sweet egg 15 gram
Long cucuber 20 gram
Cherry tomato 4-5 tomatos
Sliced radish 5 gram
Fried garlic (slice) ½ tablespoon
Coriander(decoration) 2 leaf

1.Chop tenderloin pork with 2-3 cm and marinated with Pork Rosdee Low-sodium , soy sauce and grounded white pepper , then, leave for 30 mins.
2.Set pan on medium heat , put vegetable oil and follow by garlic and then stir until brown, then , put tenderloin pork and stir until cooked as well , after that taken from gas stove
Instruction: Spicy Mayo Sauce
1.Put mayonnaise , Pork RosDee Low-sodium , chili sauce and mixed together
2.Put sugar and make them melt , after that pour into container
Instruction: Brown rice
1.Put the brown rice into rice cooker and make it clean
2.Add pure water into rice cooker and cook around 30-45 mins.
Instruction: Serving pork poke bowl
1.Put cooked brown rice in a bowl , add stir fired pork with garlic , sweet egg, long cucumber , cherry tomato and sliced radishes as well
2.Topping with fired garlice (slice) , coriander and serving with spicy mayo sauce
